Teams can register with four players or an individual golfer can register on their own. 

On the following page, you will enter a group name for a foursome. Then, for each player, enter their name and email address. Finally, in the "Special Accommodations" area, enter each player's T-shirt size. The cost is $360 for a foursome or $90 for an individual golfer and includes a T-shirt.
