To register your team, enter the following information: 

For "Item Name", fill in your team's name.

For "Item Value", enter "0"

For "Item Description", enter all team member names and T-shirt sizes. 

Click the radio button for indivual(s) or if associated with a business. 

For the "remain anonymous" radio button, please select "no". 

For contact information, enter the Team's Leader information.
